Spirit- Spirit that makes snowflakes all differently-there are no two ever alike!

Goal of Existance- Help make it snow.
Backstory- Was once human until her and her brother went out ice skating one day and he saved her from thin ice.  After he died, she blamed herself but the thought of suicide never crossed her mind.  It wasn't until a few years later that she witnessed a small child about to go over the waterfall that she jumped in to save him, but in doing so she herself went over and drowned in the ice water. The Man in the Moon saw this and decided to let her live among her brother in secret.
Outfit-Is dressed in a snow white gown with ice blue jewels in it.
Item/Weapon- A magnifying glass she uses to take a closer look at her snowflakes. Has some ice powers but not too strong like Jack Frost
Personality- Really sweet and sometimes mischievious.  
Likes- Making snowflakes and helping distribute them around the world.  Gets along with Jack really well.
Dislikes-Warm weather, hot climates and is terrified of Pitch.
Fun Fact- Adores kids.  Will step in if one is in danger (even though she's not really supposed to).
Love Intrest-None. Has the heart of an innocent child so she has no idea what love is.
Forgotten Fact- She is the biological sister of Jack Frost.
